Temperature-Independent Lubrication System
Shield TGL is a complete lubrication system for challenging environments with high temperature fluctuations.
Shield TGL provides hassle-free lubrication from 1 to 12 months via the digital TGL control unit. It takes into account the ambient temperature and then calculates the required quantity of gas for constant and reliable discharge.
Single-Point Lubrication
Shield TGL was developed for single-point lubrication in areas with considerable temperature variations, such as outdoor installations. It can be used on fin fans, electric motors, pumps and blowers, at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).
The lubrication system is protected against dust and water jets (IP 65), subject to correct assembly. Shield TGL consists of a reusable control unit, a Shield TGL lubricant cartridge filled with grease or oil, and a protective cover.
